Never a Dull Moment!

We came home home Sunday night from another fun--and interesting--weekend in Ocean City. It was great to be down with Wendy, Kevin and the kids as Jack and Luke love their "big" cousins. They love to play on the beach, jump on the bed and otherwise cause trouble. Of course we also got some beach time with Aunt Shani, Uncle Joey, Chal and Finn. We mini-golfed on Saturday morning at Goofy Golf on the boardwalk and Luke asked us "where's Mickey golf?"...I mean c'mon if we're "Minnie" golfing at Goofy Golf, then where's Mickey?? We definitely have Disney on the brain! 3 more weeks until we get to Mickey's house and we can't wait. We had car troubles with both cars this weekend. While on my way out of the city to the shore, the Odyssey wouldn't go over 25 and now needs a new transmission (thankfully under warranty) The Civic got "hit" by a cyclist this weekend while parked on the street. You would not believe the amount of damage a 50+ year old man can do. The neighbors said he was injured but didn't stop to leave a note or find out whose car it was. So both cars will be in the shop this week but meanwhile the boys love riding in Daddy's "yittle green car". While getting ice cream, we saw an enormous and beautiful rainbow on Saturday night--we actually saw the entire arch over the beach--the picture just shows the tail end but Jack was busy searching for his leprechaun peeps at the end of the rainbow! It was picture perfect. Jack is starting to test us more and more and his red-headed Irish temper is coming out in full force....he is an intense little boy and it made for an interesting weekend.....

We also celebrated PopPop Gallagher's 50th birthday--AGAIN! Sarah, Kyle, Rachel, Jack and Luke all helped celebrate by whipping up an egg-less dessert and "blowing out the chandelier". Happy Birthday Pop-Pop!
