A few things heard in our house this week....

So overall Jack and Luke are adjusting well to Quinny. Jack is doing great and Luke is coming around. I thought I would share a few things they have said over the past week so I don't forget just how much growing is going on over here. They are still up to their usual antics, now they just have someone else to make funny faces at.

On Saturday (Dan took them out to the zoo and while they were out Quinn's belly button fell off)

Mommy: Guess what happened while you boys were gone?

Jack: What mommy?

Mommy: Quinn lost his belly button.

Jack: He did??? Wow!

Jack to Dan as Dan is walking in the door: Guess what daddy? Quinny lost his scrotum.

Dan: WHAT???

On Wednesday and Thursday (Luke has been "pinching" Quinn while Jack is guarding Quinn)

Jack (screaming): Mommy, Luke is pinching Quinn.

Mommy: Luke, is that true? Why would you pinch Quinny?

Luke: Because I don't yike him.

On Friday morning (Luke crawls into our bed in the morning)

Luke: Mommy, sorry I said those mean things about Quinn the other night. I yike him now.

Thursday morning (Both boys always have their hands down their pants. I am trying to ignore it but sometimes it just drives me crazy)

Mommy: Luke, please get your hands out of your pants. It is not a toy.

Luke: Well, I have an idea. Maybe you could get me a toy penis.

Mommy: No Luke there are no toy penises. It's a body part.

Luke: Oh.
