Boy not blogging for 2 months has really turned me into a slacker. I guess it's true what they say about creating a habit--21 days right? So I will try and post for the next 21 (?) days to get back into my habit. I can't guarantee the quality of the posts but I'll be here. We have had a busy last few weeks--I guess between Easter and things at their school, we have plans every weekend in April. Jack and Luke started t-ball last night 2 nights a week with "Coach Daddy" as the assistant coach. I'm in charge of all the paperwork, emails, uniforms etc..which fits me perfectly. I'll leave the sporty side of it to the professionals. The boys have been super excited about t-ball for weeks. Let me rephrase, Jack has been super excited about t-ball, Luke has been excited about getting a hat, t-shirt and trophy at the end of the season. There are 11 kids on their tram--including Landon and Duke and Landon is really into it. Keeps talking about hitting a "smacker" straight to the moon. They both hit the ball great and Jack loves to field. Luke on the other hand layed down in the infield to take a rest and pick a few 4-leaf clovers. When I was putting him to bed I asked him if he liked it and had fun and of course he said yes--but when I asked if he wanted to go back next Tue, he said no thanks. I don't know why I'm surprised.
Quinn was the perfect little cheerleader and watched from his stroller. He is really getting around the house now--not quite crawling but snaking all over the place. He's had a few crawls here and there--like in the action shot attached. Another month and the gates will be up in full force. Hard to believe it's been 5 years since we had them out.
More pictures later of t-ball.
