Happy Spring!

Things are coming up Dada around here these days....Quinn just babbles dadadadada all day long and continues to be the happiest, most pleasant baby ever. He is such a doll and Jack and Luke love him more everyday. Quinn is like their little sidekick. Lots of milestones for Quinn over the last 2 weeks....he got his 1st tooth last Sunday and is so happy with himself. We also switched him into a big boy car seat(thanks Aunt Vanessa for the cowmaflauge seat) since he surpassed 20 pounds this month. AND thankfully Quinn is on his way to a full nights sleep and taking Mommy and Daddy with him. He has given us a few 5-6 hour stretches this week and we have been letting him cry things out a little more. Jack and Luke didn't sleep through the night until they were 2 years old and I just can't go down that road again so we have to get our lil Quinny sleeping from 10-5 this week!!! Cross your fingers.

We have been getting out of the house everyday we can and doing our typical spring things--yard clean-up, bike riding, scooters, playground, duck pond at Haverford College. We are heading to DC this weekend for a quick overnight for our annual Cherry Blossom trip with the Costals and then back in time for Easter Sunday. Forecasts are showing 85 degrees in DC--flip slops for sure!!! Pop Pop Cogan will don the Easter Bunny costume for our egg hunt on Sunday and the boys are super excited. A crucial year for us as Luke asked Dan and I if the mommies and daddies pretended to be the Easter Bunny or if there was a real Easter Bunny? We of course answered with, "well what do you think Luke"? Thankfully the Easter Bunny is alive and well in Luke's little pre-school mind. Life is good.

I will try to post again soon and definitely after DC (aka Barack Obama's as Jack and Luke call it). ....my lack of sleep is catching up with me......
